We are not responsible for disputes between roommates or any consequences arising from reviews posted on our platform. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RateMyRoommates.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RateMyRoommates.com regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
